- We take your privacy very seriously. We protect it.
We only need your contact info, when you purchase a
Service or Software. We keep your Invoice Number, Phone
Number and Email Address. We need this to contact you
while we help you.
We never keep your credit card info, or any other
financial information.
We do not rent, sell, nor share information about you
with other people or companies.
We do not open or look at your documents, pictures,
files, or email, or data.
If you ask us to fix an email or document problem, we
ASK FIRST before opening any email or any document.
We keep everything private and fully confidential, never
telling ANYONE, or ANYPLACE, or ANYTHING; about YOU, or
about YOUR COMPUTER, or about YOUR FILES. ANY
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, or YOUR FAMILY or YOUR
BELONGINGS, does not go past us.
We are cool and normal people; we do not judge. It's
your life; your stuff.
- We are the good guys. We do not break nor damage
your PC. We did not make the malware, (viruses and
spyware), that damaged your PC or your data.
We are not the reason your hardware failed. When we do
data recovery, we do it in a read only fashion, never
changing anything or doing any modifying without your
prior consent. Even before we do a ScanDisk, we try to
warn people that even though Microsoft made ScanDisk to
fix and help your hard drive, we have seen it corrupt
data that may be salvageable through our other read only
methods. We also take all the precautions when we work
on your PC.
While we do everything possible to protect, save, back
up your data and settings, if for some reason, something
bad happened to your hardware or software while we are
trying to help you, we will not be held responsible. We
are experts and we do everything possible to try and
avoid formatting, etc.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We are all
experts. Everyone we work with is trusted and competent
and smart. Everyone has at least ten years of
experience.
- We give three extra days after you say you are happy
with our service, after that, we must charge for
anything not related to a virus or spyware or we will go
out of business.
